Monsters Are EVERYWHERE!

But, They Only Come Out at Night!

Written & Illustrated by Erik Dunton

Do you have a child who is afraid of the dark?

Follow along with James, as he shares his repeated encounters with scary monsters, and his eventual discovery behind these nocturnal appearances in the dark.

Monsters are EVERYWHERE! is the first of many adventures of James, his family, and friends. This series of children's picture books explores the social-emotional issues of the developing young child. The stories in these books will encourage empathy, kindness, and self-control while developing the emotional tools to understand feelings, such as grief, anger, fear, and pride.

I know monsters are real!

They're over here, and over there.

In fact, they are also very scary!

Monsters are EVERYWHERE!

You can only see them in the dark.

You can't see them in the light.

You can try to find them anytime,

But, they only come out at night!

MONSTERS Are Everywhere!, is the fifth, and latest children’s picture book from Erik Dunton, ( and Big E! Publishing (

Adorable Story

My ten year old and I read this book. He is a little old for it, for that matter so am I. 😳😳 Nevertheless we both loved it! It's funny, and fun, and thoroughly entertaining. We were both LOL throughout the whole book. 😂😂😂

The story gives kids insight into the “monsters” they think they see at night and teaches them that there is a rational explanation for these monsters. We also loved the illustrations, which are so cute! Honestly I'm still laughing. 😂😂😂
